The EC Hospitality English & Mandarin is developed by the EC In-house Curriculum Team to provide English and Mandarin modules for learners who work in the sector of Hospitality. You can feel free to mix and match the course contents to enjoy the highest training flexibility!

Each individual module is composed of key language skills required for communicating effectively in English & Mandarin, and is for learners who would like to focus on enhancing communication skills required for carrying out necessary duties of Hospitality such as welcoming guests, housekeeping, room service, reception, taking beverage / foods orders, etc....
