This workshop will provide students with both English and Mandarin language skills needed to conduct interviews effectively. It focuses on some key and practical language skills required by Hiring Managers operating in an international HR environment. As with all our training sessions, this workshop is fast moving and highly interactive, utilizing role play and attendee’s personal experiences to ensure a beneficial and rewarding experience for all.
Who is this course for?:
This workshop is designed for existing Hiring Managers who can communicate fairly well in English and Mandarin, but wish to upgrade their language skills to conduct interviews in a more professional way.
The workshop is divided into 2 sections:
The English section aims at providing HR professionals with an extremely practical focus on writing an effective job description and conducting professional job interviews.
