Terms & Conditions for Group Tuition Format (Corporate Case / Private Case)

• For Private Class and Corporate Class, any cancellation or rearrangement of class should be approved by Executive Communications Education Centre at least 24 hours (including non-working hours) prior to the time of the scheduled class. Scheduled classes will be charged for any cancellations without the required 24 hours prior notice.
• Class cancellations will be considered cancelled, only after acknowledgement has been received from teachers.
• All students should pay attention to their course expiration date, as the expiration date cannot be extended.
• Course balance before expiration may be transferred from a single student to another student, or from a single group to another group, of the identical course format - but only on a one off basis. For corporate students, all course balance transfers have to be approved by both the student's company and EC. EC reserves the right of final approval of any course balance transfer request.
• Any reserved timeslots that are not used for two consecutive weeks will be released to other students.
• If an original class schedule agreed at commencement of a course is not strictly adhered to for two consecutive weeks, the timeslot will be released to other students.
• Centre will be closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Classes will be cancelled and postponed without notice if a Typhoon No.8+ or the Black Signal of a rainstorm is declared by the Hong Kong Observatory.
• No fee will be refunded for any courses and materials.
• For Private Group and Corporate Class/Workshops, no fee will be refunded or converted to extra lesson(s)if any member(s) withdraws from the group.
• All fees paid for group classes or workshops cannot be converted to private tuition.
• All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Executive Communications Education Centre.
• In case of any dispute, Executive Communications Education Centre reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any other fees or charges incurred in payment transactions will be charged to students.
